All ticket sales are final

Tickets are non-refundable. Once your order is paid, the ticket cannot be returned for a refund. Please make sure you can attend before you check out. DO NOT attempt a chargeback, please attempt to contact us first and we will try to resolve it in some way e.g. a coupon for the valuation of your ticket.

If we cancel an event, we'll contact ticket holders directly by email with next steps.
